1. About Gypsea by Myrin

Gypsea by Myrin is a UK-based business creating handmade, premium fashion jewelry. Every piece is crafted with care, so slight variations in appearance or color are part of the charm.

Jewelry designs are inspired by the sea, adventure, and effortless, free-spirited style.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order or using the website, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if younger

  • Accept these Terms of Service in full

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account or placing an order

If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or guardian to make purchases.

3. Products & Descriptions

  • All jewelry is handmade, so slight variations in size, color, or texture are normal.

  • Colors may appear slightly different on screens.

  • Custom and made-to-order items are created specifically for you based on your selections. Once production begins, cancellations may not be possible.

  • Product availability may change without notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment is required in full at checkout.

  • Accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout.

  • Promotional codes and discounts cannot be combined unless stated.

  • Customers outside the UK are responsible for any bank, currency conversion, or import fees.

  • Gypsea by Myrin reserves the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been placed.

5. Orders & Acceptance

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase.

  • Acceptance of orders occurs when items are dispatched.

  • Orders may be refused or cancelled at discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or misuse.

  • Custom and made-to-order items may not be cancelled once production starts.

6. Processing & Delivery

  • Handmade items usually take 2–5 business days to process (longer during busy periods).

  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

  • Risk of loss or damage passes to you once items are handed to the carrier. Tracking and insurance are recommended for valuable shipments.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Standard returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt (items must be unused and in original condition).

  • Custom or made-to-order items cannot be returned unless faulty.

  • EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period for standard items (custom items excluded).

  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All website content—including jewelry designs, images, logos, and text—belongs to Gypsea Ltd or is licensed.

  • Customers may share images of purchased products on social media, but may not reproduce or sell designswithout permission.

9. Website Use

You may not:

  • Use the website for illegal purposes

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems

  • Interfere with the site’s proper functioning

  • Use automated systems to collect data

  • Post harmful or offensive content

10. Limitation of Liability

  • Liability does not cover indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

  • Not responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond control.

  • Jewelry should be worn with care; damage caused by misuse or normal wear is not covered.

11. Care Instructions

Customers are responsible for following care instructions provided with each piece. Improper care or storage may result in damage, which is not covered by liability.

  • Personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and the Privacy Policy.

  • Using the website constitutes consent to data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Severability
