Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns must be approved before being sent back.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Please include clear photos so we can assess the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Because each piece is handmade, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order items, including personalised designs or special requests

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

Custom orders are made specifically for you and are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before purchasing.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you receive what you want is to return the eligible item, and once approved, place a new order.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, and in original packaging — with proof of purchase.

Please note: This right does not apply to custom or made-to-order items, in accordance with EU consumer regulations.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
